About

With over 20 years in asset management, Rudy specializes in guiding individuals and families across Northern California and Nevada toward financial clarity and confidence. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, his expertise lies in helping clients align their investments with thoughtful financial planning so they can live fully in the present while building security for the future. Rudy’s approach blends technical precision with a genuine desire to empower people through education—making wealth management less intimidating and more transformative.

Rudy’s passion for financial planning is rooted in a belief that disciplined strategies open doors to freedom, not restriction. Raised on a cattle ranch in Northern Nevada, he learned early the value of hard work, discipline, and long-term vision—principles that now shape his professional ethos. After earning dual degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno, he pursued his CFP® designation to better serve his clients with both rigor and care. Along the way, he has seen how strong planning not only secures retirements but also enriches day-to-day life.

Today, Rudy lives in Sacramento with his wife, Tara, a nurse practitioner at UC Davis Cancer Center, and their two boys, Grayson and Brooks. Family anchors his life, and he brings that same grounding to his work with clients. Away from the office, you’ll often find him on the golf course or on the sidelines coaching his children’s baseball, basketball, and soccer teams. His dedication to both career and family reflects his belief that financial planning is ultimately about creating space for what matters most.
