Terence (Terry) has spent his entire career in the financial services industry and believes that financial planning is an evolving process – with the long-term client + advisor relationship at the center. Terry gains a deep understanding of each client’s entire financial picture, in order to find solutions that match their specific objectives.

Terry began his career in 1996 on a trading desk at Spear Leads & Kellogg and subsequently worked in emissions markets at Kaufman Brothers., L.P. and as a Senior Product Manager at Dow Jones Indexes. Prior to joining Farther in February of 2024, Terry was a financial advisor at Allied Wealth Partners.

Terry holds a B.S. in Marketing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Rutgers Business School. He enjoys skiing, reading, spending time with his family, and can often be seen riding his bike around Jersey City.

Barbara is a multifaceted financial advisor who seamlessly balances the worlds of finance, motherhood, and wellness. As a dedicated mom and certified yoga instructor with over 15 years of industry experience, she brings a unique perspective to wealth management and understands the importance of aligning financial goals with the values of family and personal well-being.

Barbara enjoys walking and hiking in the Bay Area, cooking, music, and entertaining family and friends.

Adam Butterfield is responsible for the client-facing business of SpiderRock Advisors within BlackRock's US Wealth Advisory business.

Prior to BlackRock’s acquisition of SpiderRock Advisors, Adam was an early member of SpiderRock's business development, leadership, and marketing teams, working with clients across RIA, Institutional, and Wirehouse channels.

Before joining SpiderRock, Adam was an analyst for Stout Advisors, providing financial valuations on fairness and solvency opinions for both corporate acquisitions and divestitures, including mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and leveraged buyouts in regard to privately held ESOP companies.

Adam earned his undergraduate degree in Public Policy specializing in Economics from the University of Chicago, and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) Charterholder.
