Brian brings over 28 years of experience in wealth management and financial services to Farther.

Driven by a shared mission of client-focused service, Brian joined Farther in 2024 to expertly guide clients toward their financial goals. He demonstrates this commitment through his past experiences, co-founding RS Wealth Management in 2011 and financial advising for 15 years prior.

Brian’s life has been deeply shaped through his marriage and fatherhood, standing by his son’s side through his battle with Ewing’s Sarcoma, a rare childhood bone cancer. Today, he lives in Wilmington, NC, with his wife – carrying immense gratitude, strength, and perseverance through his life as a father of a cancer survivor.

Having started his journey as a wealth advisor with Farther, Cole Fleming strives to use his expertise in wealth management, accounting, and economics to positively impact his clients’ financial health and their lives.

Cole began his time at Farther with a team tailored to help AT&T and Verizon associates navigate their retirement benefits, helping them financially plan for the future and plan for a comfortable life post-retirement.

Cole is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a concentration in accounting and a minor in economics.
