What if I don’t have time for this right now?

We understand — and honestly, that’s exactly why we built this program. For most owners time is your most important commodity, our program is structured to help you learn these proven strategies in the most efficient way possible. Many of the entrepreneurs we work with are buried in the day-to-day, and this helps you finally start pulling yourself out of it.

It’s just 30 minutes of prework and 60 minutes a week over Zoom, and every session is recorded — so if you miss one, you can catch up anytime.

Is this for companies bigger than mine?

No - this program is designed for any growth minded business owner who wants to grow, have more freedom, or plan an exit. Past participants have had as few as 2 employees and others with 100+.

We will structure groups to pair you with folks who are facing generally the same challenges.

What if I don’t want to sell my business?

That is great - planning an exit is not something you can just wake up and do one day, a well planned and executed exit takes 3-5 years.

However, the most critical part of a great exit is having a great business. The point of this program is to build great businesses, that are growing predictably, are not dependent on any one owner, employee or customer and that have scalable processes.

I’ve done coaching before. What is different about this?

Instead of spending months and weeks reading books and building plans, or years of trial-and-error implementation, you can get a playbook with all the tools and resources you need in just 10 weeks.

What if I miss a session?

Each session is recoded and will be emailed to participants, so you can catch up or review material outside of sessions.

We also give you access to the tools for 12 months from the start of our session.

You won’t fall behind - and you’ll have access to everything you need to implement strategies long after our 10 weeks are over.
