Allison brings more than 25 years of experience in investing, institutional asset management, and financial services, offering a uniquely well-rounded perspective to her clients. She works closely with business owners and executives, specializing in customized portfolio construction, alternative investments, concentrated stock mitigation, transitional and goal-oriented financial planning, and philanthropic strategies. Allison's objective is to provide analytical rigor and strategic insight that empower her clients to confidently build and preserve their wealth.

Allison is driven by a deep commitment to helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes with clarity and purpose. Her extensive background has equipped her to transform intricate financial challenges into understandable, actionable plans, ensuring her clients feel secure and prepared for their financial future.

Before joining Farther, Allison founded and led a boutique investment advisory firm dedicated to serving affluent families. She also played a pivotal role in launching Alliance Partners, an asset manager where she built and scaled a sales organization that distributed over $2 billion in assets to more than 200 institutional clients nationwide. Earlier in her career, Allison gained over 15 years of direct investing, deal structuring, and due diligence experience through her work in investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Mathematics from Davidson College.

A native of the Washington, D.C. area, Allison resides there with her husband, their two teenage children, and their dog, Kitty. She chairs the Wharton Club of D.C.’s Business Owner Affiliate Group and enjoys playing tennis, ice skating, reading, spending time with friends, and refining her golf game.
