Beata Dragovics

Beata Dragovics brings more than two decades of experience guiding professionals in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, as well as families and women navigating complex financial decisions. As the founder of Freedom Trail Financial, she helps clients align financial independence with their personal values, manage equity compensation, and plan for the evolving responsibilities that come with success.

With a BS in Business Administration from the Budapest Business School in Hungary, Beata was inspired early by her mother’s entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to education. She spent more than ten years at a major brokerage firm, where she deepened her expertise in wealth strategy and client advisory services. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner and holds a master’s degree in Financial Planning. Beata is an active member of the CFP® Board of Standards, the Financial Planning Association, the Boston Estate Planning Council, and The Boston Club.

Deeply committed to service, Beata serves as a financial coach for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Patient Program and sits on the board of Seeding Labs, a nonprofit supporting scientists in developing countries. She lives with her family in Norwell, Massachusetts, and enjoys time on the North River, hiking in the White Mountains, traveling, and supporting local theater.
