About
With a background in security analysis and data management, Ben helps individuals, business owners, and families build and protect their wealth through thoughtful, risk-managed strategies. He is passionate about guiding clients through meaningful financial decisions — whether planning for retirement, navigating a business transition, or investing for long-term growth.
Ben began his advisory practice in 2005 and later co-founded Auxin Group in 2015. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Morningstar, Merrill Lynch, and UBS. He earned a degree in economics from the University of Chicago, where he also played football. In 2009, he was recognized with the Greater Akron Chamber’s “30 for the Future” award.
Active in his community, Ben is a lifetime trustee of the Akron Children’s Museum and serves on the boards of Akron Cooperative Farms and Summit Fresh Mobile Market. He also co-founded Morningstar Market Prep in Chicago. Outside the office, he enjoys time with his family, hiking, playing basketball, and researching longevity.
