About

Casey Bear advises business owners, corporate executives, and affluent families nationwide, helping them navigate the complexities of both personal and professional wealth. With nearly two decades of experience, he has guided clients through everything from succession and liquidity planning to integrating business and family financial strategies. Having previously served as CEO, CIO, and CCO at respected RIAs, Casey now focuses entirely on what he does best—acting as a trusted advisor through life’s most important financial decisions.

Beyond his work with clients, Casey is a nationally recognized voice in the wealth management industry. He has spoken at leading conferences including NAPFA, Junxure Advisor Conference, Fidelity Investment’s “Realizing The Value In Your Firm” workshop, and Bob Veres’ Insider Forum. During the global pandemic, he was featured on Caleb Brown’s New Planner Podcast, continuing to share his insights when gatherings moved online. His ability to make complex issues practical and relatable has made him a sought-after speaker and a valued resource for peers and clients alike.

For Casey, the heart of this work is deeply personal. He takes pride in being one of the first calls when clients face major transitions—whether opportunities or dilemmas. A graduate of Kalamazoo College and Wayne State University School of Law, Casey lives in Birmingham, MI, with his wife, Kari, and their four children—Charlie, Gracie, Dempsey, and Andi. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, fitness, traveling with his family, and cheering on his kids at their soccer games.
