Ember Martin

Ember brings a vision-driven, client-first philosophy to his work as a financial advisor. From the start, his goal has been to create a firm where clients can rely on a single, proactive advisor to coordinate every part of their financial lives. Education, transparency, and thoughtful listening guide the experience at Vested Wealth Advisors, where Ember and his team serve as true stewards of clients’ long-term financial security.

He draws on more than fifteen years in investments, financial planning, and wealth management, strengthened by a diverse entrepreneurial background. After graduating from U.C. Berkeley, Ember spent time abroad before returning to manage boutique and luxury hotels in the Bay Area. He later founded Sol y Luna — San Francisco’s first authentic Spanish restaurant — earning recognition from major national publications, and went on to build an international export business before beginning his advisory career with Salomon Smith Barney. These experiences, along with lessons learned during the 2001–02 market downturn, shaped his commitment to risk management, accountability, and guiding clients through life’s most meaningful transitions.

Outside the office, Ember enjoys life with his high school sweetheart, Donna. He loves cooking, reading, traveling, hiking, playing chess, and spending time with their adult children, Timothee and Truly.
