Ryan R. Roloff is the founder of Roloff Retirement Solutions, Inc., where he helps individuals and families approach retirement with clarity and confidence. With more than 20 years of experience at firms including Dean Witter, Charles Schwab, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, and Merrill Lynch, he blends the sophistication of Wall Street with the personalized service of an independent practice. Today, Ryan oversees more than $85 million in client assets, guiding clients nationwide through retirement, tax, Social Security, and estate planning with a structured, disciplined approach.

Driven by the belief that everyone deserves thoughtful, comprehensive financial guidance, Ryan has built his career on delivering solutions that help clients build, protect, and pass on their wealth. His expertise is underscored by an exceptional breadth of credentials — CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, CMFC®, NSSA®, EA, and CPM® — as well as a Master’s in Taxation from the University of Cincinnati. Recognized early in his academic career as a national award-winning math student, he continues to leverage his analytical skills and depth of knowledge to provide clients with practical, forward-looking strategies.

A Wisconsin native and proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a B.S. in Economics, Ryan now lives in Fresno with his son, while his daughter pursues a teaching career in Madison. He enjoys traveling (with all 50 states checked off his list), hiking, golf, skiing, league bowling, and cheering for his beloved Wisconsin sports teams — he’s even a shareholder of the Green Bay Packers. Committed to giving back, Ryan also supports organizations such as Marjaree Mason Center, Helping One Woman - Clovis, and Yosemite & Sequoia Conservancies.
