Chris Douglas is the Founder and Principal of C.H. Douglas & Gray Wealth Management, where he provides personalized, independent investment management and comprehensive financial planning grounded in integrity and long-term thinking. An eighth-generation Hoosier, Chris combines deep market expertise with a strong commitment to community leadership.

Chris studied at Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs on an Air Force ROTC scholarship, focusing on East Asia, and later served as a decorated U.S. Air Force Intelligence Officer. He earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Chris has been recognized as an Indianapolis Monthly “Five-Star Wealth Manager” every year from 2008 through 2024.

Deeply engaged in civic and equality initiatives, Chris founded the Indy Rainbow Chamber of Commerce and co-founded Indiana Equality, helping advance nondiscrimination policy and inclusive legislation statewide. He serves on several nonprofit and finance committees and is a member of the Indiana Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. C.H.
