Greg Tull

With more than three decades of experience across personal finance, corporate and institutional finance, investment banking, and securities analysis, Greg Tull helps Meritas clients design and live the lives they envision. He blends deep technical expertise with a relationship-centered approach—translating complex financial strategies into clear, actionable plans that build confidence and momentum for each client’s goals.

Greg began his career as an investment banker with JP Morgan, where he completed IPOs, billion-dollar loan syndications, and capital markets projects across industries from technology to real estate. He went on to spend more than a decade in West Coast investment banking boutiques, advising institutional clients, trading nearly 500 million shares, and becoming a top shareholder at Pacific Growth Equities. A trusted advisor to hedge funds, mutual funds, and private companies, Greg developed a distinct expertise in alternative investments. He earned his BA in Economics from Harvard University (Magna Cum Laude), where he captained the swim team and achieved All-American honors, and his MS in Economics and Business from University College Dublin as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar.

Greg’s motivation is simple: he believes that smart financial guidance should empower people to live more meaningful lives. He brings that belief to everything he does—whether mentoring others, volunteering, or supporting his community through leadership roles with Marin Montessori School, the Rotary Club of Ignacio, and more. Greg and his wife, Daniela, live in Marin County, where they enjoy a full family life with their three children—Zach, Aidan, and Romy—and an active love of adventure sports and the outdoors.
