Born and raised in Oakland, CA, Michael is an active member of the dog rescue community – having fostered many dogs through rescue organizations including Chows Plus and Love Second Chances. You can find him exploring around town with his latest rescue, Chow Chow Maple.

With over 12 years of experience as a Senior Financial Consultant, he specializes in simplifying the complexities of retirement income planning, investments, tax strategies, and estate considerations.

Jay also brings deep expertise in corporate retirement and equity compensation programs—including pensions, 401(k)/TSA plans, stock options, and RSUs—for professionals at leading companies such as NVIDIA and other Fortune 500 firms across the technology, energy, and healthcare sectors. He often works alongside HR and benefits teams to help employees and executives maximize their total financial picture while serving as a trusted fiduciary advisor. His background at Vanguard and Charles Schwab, paired with entrepreneurial experience in real estate, retail, and e-commerce, gives him a unique, well-rounded perspective on building and preserving wealth.

His passion for retirement planning is deeply personal. As a second-generation Korean American born and raised in Arizona, Jay watched his immigrant parents work tirelessly to build businesses and provide for their family. Their success, though inspiring, revealed the gaps created by the absence of structured financial planning. That experience continues to fuel his mission: helping families transform years of hard work into lasting security, comfort, and legacy.

Beyond his work, Jay has been married for over a decade to his wife, an accomplished ceramic potter. Together, they are raising a daughter and son in Arizona, where family life is joyfully full with sports, camping trips in his beloved 4Runner, and the company of their two dogs, Eevey and Lucky. When he’s not advising clients or cheering on his kids, Jay can often be found golfing, bowling, or finding new ways to embrace life’s adventures.

Jordan works closely with individuals and families to understand their holistic wealth management needs, and he is privileged to help his client base navigate each life stage. Prior to joining Farther, Jordan held roles at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. 

A graduate of Yeshiva University, Jordan resides on Long Island with his wife and 1-year-old daughter. An avid golfer and traveler, Jordan cherishes the time he gets to spend with his family and friends.

Raymond began his journey in wealth management as a retirement planner where he worked exclusively with corporate employees from Fortune 500 companies helping them plan for the transition into retirement. Raymond is a Bay Area native and grew up in the East Bay. He loves to travel and learn about different cultures by sharing food and stories. His most recent trip abroad was to the Philippines, Vietnam and Hong Kong.

Growing up in the former Soviet Union and seeing the entire country transform before her eyes, Yuliya learned that only one thing is for certain: life is a constant change. 

Yuliya is passionate about helping her clients navigate financial complexities and adapt to their changing circumstances with joy, rather than fear. Her expertise encompasses retirement planning (or the work-optional stage of life), business succession, tax optimization strategies, risk management, and estate planning. 

Yuliya lives in San Diego, CA, with her husband and their two sons. She enjoys skiing, camping, cheering on her sons’ sports teams, and hiking with friends.
