Eric Watson is the Founder of Luminary Financial Group, where he is committed to delivering a personalized advisory experience that empowers clients to make confident financial decisions. After rejoining the industry in 2012 to work alongside his father, Eric saw firsthand how meaningful relationships and honest conversations can transform the planning process. Inspired by that legacy, he set out to build a modern advisory model — one that honors family values while embracing fresh ideas, deeper collaboration, and a more intentional client experience.
Eric and his wife, Sheila, live an active family life with their two children, Cooper and Kora. They enjoy spending time outdoors, cheering on their favorite sports teams, and finding new adventures together. Committed to supporting his community, Eric also serves on several local boards and organizations.
