Justin Rose

Justin is a Financial Advisor at C.H. Douglas & Gray Wealth Management, where he works closely with young professionals who are ready to take the first meaningful steps toward building their financial future. He focuses on helping clients establish strong foundations through thoughtful planning, clear guidance, and practical strategies that evolve as their lives and careers grow.

Justin earned his degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Financial Planning from Winthrop University, graduating cum laude. During his time at Winthrop, he was actively involved on campus and in the community, including his membership in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and founding a mentoring program for fifth-grade boys at a local elementary school. His passion for financial planning is deeply rooted in his upbringing and the importance his parents placed on financial literacy and long-term responsibility.

Based in Indianapolis, Justin remains highly engaged in his community, serving on the boards of Horizons at St. Richard’s Episcopal School, the Fonseca Theatre Company, and the Minority Scholarship Foundation. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, reading, following sports, and making steady progress on learning Spanish.
