Digital Fundraising Is Your Nonprofit's Biggest Growth Lever
Farther Institutional's Aaron Sheklin sits down with fundraising partner Michael Stein — a strategist with 30+ years in nonprofit fundraising — on where digital fundraising is headed, and how to turn that momentum into lasting financial strength.
The future of nonprofit fundraising is digital
Michael Stein × Aaron Sheklin — a candid conversation on the future of fundraising.
Why this matters
Every nonprofit works hard to raise money. Far fewer have a plan for what happens next.
The gap between raising funds and stewarding them well is where growth quietly stalls.
What closes it?
- A fundraising strategy built for how donors actually give today
- Financial infrastructure that protects and grows every dollar you raise
- Governance and reporting your board can act on with confidence
In this conversation, Michael Stein and Aaron Sheklin walk through both sides of that equation — and what your organization can put to work now.
What You'll Learn
Inside the conversation:
- How nonprofit fundraising has shifted from simple email lists to data-driven donor stewardship
- Where small and mid-sized organizations are leaving opportunity on the table

- What it takes to turn fundraising wins into a durable endowment
