The culture behind three consecutive 'Inc Best Workplaces' wins

For the third consecutive year, Farther has been named to the Inc. Best Workplaces list. Nick Corvino, Head of People, reflects on what that recognition means for the firm, our teams, and what it actually takes to sustain a thriving culture through real growth.

This week, Farther was named to the 2026 Inc. Best Workplaces list for the third consecutive year. I joined this team in 2023 because of a vision Brad and Taylor have relentlessly pursued since day one: to rebuild the wealth management industry from the ground up. That mission is as alive today as it was then, and building a team that believes in it as deeply as we do is what I'm most proud of.

Three years on this list, through a period of real growth and real pressure, tells me the culture we've built here is not just holding. It's thriving.

The CARE framework: how we work every day

Every aspect of how we work at Farther has been shaped by the people who show up and choose to build something that hasn't existed before.

Our CARE framework — Communication, Action, Respect, and Excellence — is the foundation we build on. We speak up, listen well, and aren't afraid to disagree. When in doubt, we act. We treat everyone with respect. Advisors, Engineers, Operators, Marketers: everyone has a voice here, and everyone is expected to use it. The people who thrive at Farther treat ownership as the default, not a perk, and that's also how we hire.

Our culture today is what the team has made it. What the Inc. recognition measures — trust in leadership, belief in the mission, willingness to recommend the firm to someone you respect — is difficult to manufacture and impossible to fake over time. Winning this three consecutive years, through a period where we grew to $23B+ in recruited assets and were recognized as the fastest-growing financial services firm in the US (Inc 5000 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500, 2025), tells me the experience of working at Farther is consistent with what we say it is.

The work is hard. The environment is the difference.

When I describe what it's like to work at Farther, I'm honest about one thing upfront: the work is genuinely hard. We are rebuilding an industry that wasn't designed for the complexity of modern financial lives, which means our team is regularly doing things that haven't been done before. We don't hire people who want to be told it's easy. We hire people who want the weight of work that actually matters.

What makes that sustainable is the environment around the work. We've built a platform that gives elite advisors back 90% of their time for client strategy rather than admin. We are deliberate about enabling internal teams to do the same, by removing operational drag so they can do their best strategic work. The people who join Farther do some of the best work of their careers here, and part of my job is making sure the conditions for that stay intact as we grow.

Our community is action-oriented, collaborative, and committed to a standard that reflects the trust our clients and advisors place in us every day.

If you're thinking about joining us

If you're a prospective advisor, engineer, or operator evaluating Farther as your next chapter, here is what I'd share with you.

You will be expected to contribute your full thinking to problems that don't have established answers. You will work alongside people who have operated at the highest levels of finance and technology and chose to come here because they wanted to build something radically new and meaningful. You will have real ownership of work with real stakes.

You will also be supported. We invest in our people, measure how we're doing for our team members consistently, and treat the experience of working at Farther as something we are responsible for cultivating with intent.

Three years on this list is a signal. The work, as always, continues. If you want to be part of our journey, the door is open.
